This indexer is a stand alone unit for left-eye/right-eye interocular indexing when shooting stereo animation. It was designed as a peripheral to allow a client's custom animation software to shoot simple stereo setups that would otherwise require a large motion control system for camera indexing and lighting control.
Used in conjunction with a mechanical slider under the camera, it contains a motor driver, microcontroller, and interface ports to handle interocular shift and lighting interfaces.
